Before requesting pickup of your pet, please:
- Make sure your reservation is made at least one day in advance.
- Provide proof of vaccination(s).
- Have your Visa or Master Card information on file (Please note that we do not accept American Express).
Fees are based on the transportation of one pet. Additional pets are $5 each way. Pick up and delivery times are normally between 9 am and 1 pm, Monday through Saturday. Specific pick-up or delivery times cannot be guaranteed. This service may not be available during inclement weather conditions.
